[ Processing Time ]
∗ All orders are shipped out within 2 Business Days of purchase from our warehouse in Vietnam. Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited-edition releases, and promotions. We are shipping orders as usual to international destinations.

However, due to the covid-19, some countries are rightly prioritizing the processing of essential food and medical supplies through customs, and as such there may be an additional delay on your package.

Sometimes parcels are subject to random checks which can cause associated delays. DEP is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines and do not take into account delays caused by payment authorization, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen events we do not take responsibility for.

[ Tracking number / Track your order ]
We understand it could be difficult to shop online so we make it easier by letting you have the control to track your order once you place the order we will start to process within 1-2 days, when the order is being processed you will receive an email with the “order tracking number”.

It’s simple as it sounds you just need to click on the tracking number and it will show you where your package is heading to and the approximate time when it will be delivered to your front door.

[ Cancelled Order ]
We are unable to accept any cancellation once an order has been dispatched. If a shipment is undeliverable at the destination due to refusal to pay import tax, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or otherwise, the package may be abandoned at the destination at recipient’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

[ Taxes & Duties ]
We currently ship all items delivery duty unpaid (DDU). All international packages may be subjected to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country Import Fees and are not included in the cost of the order. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from DEP the label, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to DEP the label.
